- Current ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ full-time staff members who are alumni are only eligible for the Outstanding Staff Member Award.
- Alumni who are previous ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ staff members will not be considered for another Alumni Award category sooner than five years after the individual’s separation from ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ as an employee, and consideration of eligibility, accomplishments and service for any given award shall be for the time period after separation from the university as an employee.
