Nichole Baker currently serves as executive director, philanthropy. In this role, Nichole oversees a team of philanthropic advisors and assists them in identifying prospects for financial support and moving them toward successful solicitation. She oversees all data aspects of creating and maintaining prospect pools, from assignment to stewardship. She also assists in reporting functions and oversees the advancement officer training program. Nichole works directly with executive management to ensure a healthy, robust prospect pipeline. She oversees data analysis necessary to understand if the division is on track to meet current and future fundraising projections and goals.

Nichole began working for ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ in July 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science from ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ and a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ University.

Nichole's favorite thing about ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ is the students. She loves being surrounded by people who are passionate about the future and the changes they hope to make in the world.
