This bee, covered in pollen, is working hard to maintain the ecosystem on the ӰƵ's Kent Campus.
Pollinator Day, proudly presented by ӰƵ as a proud Bee Campus USA, will welcome all visitors to the KSU Pollinator Garden to celebrate our campus pollinators on September 5 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
The garden is located near the blue running track between Henderson Hall and DeWeese Health Center. Join ӰƵ faculty from the Department of Biological Sciences and the Environmental Science and Design Research Institute to see our campus pollinators at work and learn more about how pollinators are among the most important links in ecosystems around the world.
Want to see YOUR photos in “IN A FLASH?” Submit your ӰƵ-related photos to InAFlash@kent.edu and you may see them in a future ӰƵ Today post. Photos should be framed -horizontally- and include a brief description of what’s happening in the photo along with when and where it was taken.
