Property Description:

The ODOT property is approximately 63 acres and is located south of �Ӱ��Ƶ Route 261 in Brimfield and Franklin Townships in Portage County, Ohio. The property is bordered by PARTA, and Burnett Road dead-ends along the southern boundary line. This site is within the Cuyahoga watershed and consists of early/mid successional mixed dominant species hardwood forest, numerous wetlands, a maintained mowed grass area located north of Burnett Road, old field habitat, a small creek, and open water ponds. This property is also the potential future site of solar panel installation.
