Join in celebrating the Daily ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr digital archive during an open house on Friday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the first floor, quiet study area in University Library. Issues of the Daily ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr from 1959-1969 are now available online at .
The Daily ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr digital archive is a multiyear project to digitize every issue of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr/Daily ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr campus newspaper. The pilot project, now complete and funded by the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Libraries, includes issues dating from fall 1959 through fall 1969.
Also included are issues of the Kent Summer News published during that time period. Please come, relax and enjoy refreshments while you view posters and other archived images projected on two large presentation screens of archived Daily ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵr articles, ads and images.
