ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Student and Alumnus Launch Tech Startup Named Remesh

Remesh, an app created by ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Ph.D. student, Andrew Konya, and ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ alumnus, Aaron Slodav, allows groups of people to speak as one voice.

Remesh is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 11 a.m. on  May 20 in The John Elliot Center for Architecture and Environmental Design on the Kent Campus.

Ohio is conducting a statewide tornado drill at 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18. ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ will be participating in this test.

This year’s May 4 Commemoration, to be held May 1-4, 2026, will include special remembrances of John Cleary, one of the nine wounded students, and Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Sociology, who served as a faculty marshal during the campus shootings and worked tirelessly to ensure that the legacy of May 4 would endure.
